Ordering-

For all bespoke orders please order through email or instagram. All products that are on the website are preorder, please read each individual products description to understand each products time frame. You will not be refunded if you do not read and understand the products time frame. No products will be made or dispatched before the time frame stated. Please double check spelling for personalised items as they will be personalised with what I have been given by you. No refunds or amendments will be made for wrong spellings or words. Products come as shown. No refunds on any of my products under any circumstances.

Postage-

All products are sent via Royal Mail tracked 24, tracked 48 or 1st or 2nd class depending on item. All orders are dispatched in the time frame given. Bespoke orders are posted 1-3 days before the date you have given me tracked24. Tracked24 aims for next day delivery but isn't a guaranteed next day service, if you want your order for a certain day or guaranteed next day please contact me for a quote for special next day delivery. For planned themed sets eg Christmas, the first load of orders that are posted first may be shipped tracked48 instead of tracked24. In an occasion Royal Mail can't deliver I will use another courier. 

I am not responsible for postage delays. I post all my orders in time and as agreed. Once I hand orders over to the courier, they are no longer my responsibility. I will always try and provide a tracking number if using a tracked service. I will always try and make a claim for royal mail late claims but I can guarantee they will offer any compensation. I will not refund for postal delays.

I am not responsible for breakages or damages. All my biscuits are posted fully in tact and packaged with care and the appropriate fragile handling material. Even though rare, accidents happen and the courier may damage your order. I can not be responsible for this and do not refund for damages. I will try and claim with the courier but can not guarantee they will offer any compensation.
